Antireflection coating

Antireflection coating forms optical thin films on the surfaces of glass and optical elements to reduce surface reflection. We can provide various antireflection coatings for applications such as lasers and broadband light sources. We can achieve performance tailored to specific applications, including high laser resistance and low angle dependence.

Usage

  • lighting
  • biomedical
  • Lasers
  • Semiconductor exposure equipment
  • Automotive cameras
  • LiDAR

DLC coating

This is a highly durable infrared anti-reflective coating utilizing DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating. DLC combines high infrared transmittance with environmental resistance and wear resistance, enabling use even in harsh environments. It can be coated onto materials such as silicon and germanium.

Usage

  • radiometers
  • night vision
  • Infrared cameras

Band pass filter

Bandpass filters selectively transmit specific wavelengths by utilizing light interference from multilayer coatings. Using dielectric multilayer films, metal films, etc., we can adjust the bandwidth to narrow or broad bands. We propose optimal blocking performance tailored to your light source and sensor sensitivity.

Usage

  • Astronomical Observation
  • Gas Analysis
  • 3D Sensing
  • biomedical
  • LiDAR

Notch filter

A notch filter is an optical filter that attenuates only light of a specific wavelength while transmitting all other wavelengths. Also known as a band-stop filter, it is used to remove unwanted light from an optical system.

Usage

  • Astronomical Observation
  • Raman spectroscopy
  • Fluorescence analysis

Linear variable filter

Linear variable filters enable the continuous extraction of multiple wavelengths by coating a glass substrate with a film whose thickness varies linearly in one direction. They can be configured as bandpass, shortpass, or longpass types.

Usage

  • Hyperspectral Cameras
  • Component Analysis
  • Color Measurement
  • Compact Spectrometers

Infrared filter

Infrared filters can be manufactured for use in the near-infrared (0.7–3.0 μm), mid-infrared (3.0–8.0 μm), and far-infrared (8.0–15 μm) regions.
We can provide bandpass filters that selectively transmit specific wavelengths, edge filters that adjust transmission and reflection regions, and anti-reflection coatings.

Usage

  • Motion sensors
  • Thermography
  • Night vision cameras
  • Gas sensors
  • Gas Analysis

ND filter

An ND filter is a filter that controls the transmittance (density) to a specific value within any wavelength band. It can be manufactured using either a metal film or a dielectric multilayer film. Furthermore, it can be produced for each wavelength band from ultraviolet to infrared.

Usage

  • Sensor sensitivity calibration
  • Light source dimming

Beam splitter

Our beam splitters are optical components that separate transmitted and reflected light at any desired ratio. We can manufacture types that separate p-polarized and s-polarized light from incident light (PBS: Polarizing Beam Splitter) as well as types with low polarization dependence (N-PBS: Non-Polarizing Beam Splitter).

Usage

  • FPD Exposure Equipment
  • Measuring Instruments
  • Microscopes
  • Cameras
  • Semiconductor exposure equipment

Dichroic mirror

A dichroic mirror is a multilayer optical thin-film mirror that utilizes light interference to separate light from a source into transmitted and reflected light.
It can extract specific wavelengths from a broad light source or combine two light beams of different wavelengths.

Usage

  • Exposure
  • Raman spectroscopy
  • Fluorescence analysis
  • Laser processing
  • biomedical
  • HUD
