Features

Laser mirrors are formed as low-absorption multilayer dielectric coatings on the surfaces of YAG, Nd-glass, ruby, alexandrite, and other solid-state laser materials, or on the surfaces of other laser optical elements. Appropriate choice of the coating material and thickness and the number of layers enables desired reflectance and transmittance characteristics to be produced at a desired wavelength region.

Application

Applicable to modules using laser beam, etc.

Typical Characteristics

For excimer laser

For He-Ne laser

For YAG, glass laser

For Two-wavelengths laser AR

For Three-Wavelengths laser AR
